The One Thing I Always Pack for a San Diego Beach Day with My Dog

If you’ve ever taken your dog to Ocean Beach, Fiesta Island, or even just strolled the sand near La Jolla, you already know: beach days can get chaotic fast.

There’s salt water. Sand everywhere. Nonstop zoomies.
And if you’re like me, you’re carrying your stuff, your dog’s leash, and trying not to forget sunscreen — all while your pup’s panting like crazy.

That’s why I never go without a collapsible dog water bottle. It’s hands-down the smartest (and most used) thing in my beach bag.

You just squeeze water into the attached bowl, let them drink, and whatever’s left flows right back in.

No wasting water. No dirty collapsible bowls. And it fits right in my tote.

Even my non-dog friends have commented on it. It’s honestly a beach-day essential if you’re in San Diego with a pup — especially when it’s hot and crowded.

🌴 PS: The Moushi App is Coming

I’m building an app just for locals and visitors who love finding dog-friendly spots around San Diego. Think restaurants, patios, beaches, hotels — all in one place. It drops this August, and it’s going to be 🔥. Stay tuned.
